• To prepare and adhere to monthly work plan, prepare and maintain efficient data and record management system for all project activities in the region.
• Conduct pre and post assessment of children in intervention and control school in respective region.
• Ensure collection of successful stories / case studies from field and submission to the department Head.
• Coordinate closely with Education Manager to implement program activities effectively and services for the timely delivery of project objective.
• Coordinate with District Education Officer and actively participate in district management committee meetings in order to resolve issue if any related to field.
• Accumulate monthly progress reports from respective education regions and share the progress of program education activities to the Education Manager.
• Establishing strong partnership with respective education department officials, head teachers and teachers for smooth implementation of programme activities.
• Timely planning and distribution of school suppliers / equipment’s.
• Work plan logistics team to ensure timely procurement, storage and distribution of supplies and services for the timely delivery of project activities.
• To arrange logistically all matters related from organizing training in respective region for teachers.
• Facilitate the education manager and senior management and Govt Officials n field visit in their respective region.
• Maintain liaison with district administration, local public representatives, civil society religion scholar for smoothly implement the project.

• Support principals to develop and implement School improvement Plans (SIP)
• Visit schools at least twice in each term (4 visits in an academic session) and monitoring and supervision of schools located in the area.
• Visitation frequency to increase for weak schools
• Train principals to be trainers for conducting PRESET for new hires from annual recruitment and in-between academic session and ensure the regularity and punctuality of the staff and students.
• Select and appoint Master Trainers from schools for INSET and on-going trainings
• Conduct training needs analysis on quarterly basis
• Execute TNA based trainings year round
• Develop (and send to HO) reports on implementation of various training plans
• Coordinate with HO through REM for on-going trainings on existing modules

• Support centralized examinations process through paper setting (partially), guiding principals, and subsequent follow up activities
• Monitor conduct of centralized examinations in schools and evaluate the methodology of the teacher of learning of the student and suggest the improvement.
• Monitoring of assessment evaluation and examination of schools.
• Provide qualitative input during principals’ evaluation and ranking supported through data on APR vs targets and summary of visit forms
• Evaluate new hires for confirmation during academic session
• Provide inputs for HR matters regarding teachers and principals (promotions, terminations etc.)
Major activities included, train, support and supervise field staffs in the data collection and crosscheck to ensure the date reliability. Consolidate the data and report to the Research coordinator.
Major activities included, Proper implementation of High Scope Teaching/Learning in ECD classes in AKES/Government selected schools:
Ensure and proper planning of National Curriculum in ECD Section,
Initiate parent teacher’s meeting /Awareness sessions at school level. Helping teacher in Formative assessment of learners in ECD section and developing case studies/ success stories.
Responsible to manage ECD program, development and implementation of policies and procedures of ECD program.
